These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "you") and twtplay ("twtplay", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://twtplay.net and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through twtplay, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the twtplay Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. • "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by you via a supported payment method and credited to your Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by twtplay prior to processing withdrawals or upon request.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which the use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "VIP Programme" means the tiered loyalty programme operated by twtplay, including but not limited to the Black Diamond VIP tier.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn as real money.

To register and maintain an active account on the twtplay Platform, you must at all times satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

• You have not previously been excluded from the twtplay Platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

twtplay reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to establish eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds therein.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the twtplay Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether using the same identity, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse. twtplay employs automated and manual detection systems to identify multi-accounting activity.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. twtplay accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from outdated or incorrect account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party or allow any other person to access the Platform using your account. Any activity recorded under your account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility.

twtplay is required to conduct identity verification ("KYC") on all members prior to processing any withdrawal request, and may conduct KYC at any point during the account lifecycle at its sole discretion. KYC verification is designed to prevent money laundering, fraud, underage gambling, and other prohibited activities.

To complete KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (e.g., passport, PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, or voter's ID).
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your residential address in the Philippines (dated within the last three months).
• A selfie or live photograph holding your primary identification document, as directed by the twtplay verification team.
• Payment method verification documents (e.g., screenshot of registered GCash or Maya wallet confirming ownership).

twtplay will process KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. Pending verification, twtplay may suspend withdrawal functionality on your account. Any withdrawal request submitted by an account that has not completed KYC verification will be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All deposits and withdrawals on the twtplay Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). twtplay supports the following payment methods for Filipino members: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Supported methods and applicable limits are subject to change and are published in the Cashier section of the Platform.

Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. twtplay accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages outside our control.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification in full.
• Your withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold published in the Cashier section.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully satisfied before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible.
• twtplay reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.

twtplay does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet operator) may apply their own fees, for which twtplay accepts no responsibility.

twtplay may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, referral incentives, VIP rewards, and other promotional offers to eligible members from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement by incorporation.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all twtplay promotions:

• Bonuses are credited in bonus funds and are subject to a wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable real money funds.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that expire unfulfilled will be removed from your balance without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain table games, and jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
• twtplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, without prejudice to any wagering requirements already in progress.
• One bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method applies, unless a promotion expressly states otherwise.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through systematic or coordinated betting patterns, low-risk strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

All casino games available on the twtplay Platform are provided by third-party game suppliers licensed by recognised regulatory authorities. Random number generator (RNG) games use certified RNG technology independently audited to ensure statistical fairness and compliance with applicable standards. Live dealer games are operated from certified studio facilities using real physical equipment under direct camera supervision.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on twtplay's servers, the server-side record shall be considered the authoritative result. twtplay accepts no liability for losses arising from the Member's own internet connection failures, device malfunctions, or software errors on the Member's side during a game session.

Any game that becomes void or is interrupted due to a system failure, communication error, or technical malfunction will be handled in accordance with the relevant game supplier's rules. twtplay will endeavour to communicate the resolution of such incidents to affected members in a timely manner.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the twtplay Platform. Breach of any provision below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including chip dumping in poker, coordinated betting to exploit bonuses, or any form of match manipulation in sports betting markets.
• Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account, identity, or payment method.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with twtplay.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or any other means of obscuring your true geographic location.
• Engaging in any conduct intended to damage, disrupt, overload, or compromise the security or integrity of the twtplay Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

All content on the twtplay Platform — including but not limited to the twtplay name, logo, trademarks, service marks, game graphics, user interface design, software, text, images, audio, and video content — is the exclusive property of twtplay or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, sell, or create derivative works from any twtplay content without express prior written consent from twtplay.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, twtplay's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

twtplay shall not be liable under any circumstances for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits or revenue; loss of data or goodwill; or any losses arising from your reliance on the Platform for purposes other than personal entertainment. This limitation applies regardless of whether twtplay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit twtplay's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

twtplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino members. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become problematic. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling is intended solely as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

twtplay provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account settings without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a set period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your twtplay account and request that you be prevented from re-registering. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months.

twtplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if twtplay has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Member has provided false or fraudulent information.
• The Member is under 21 years of age.
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Continuation of the account would expose twtplay to regulatory, reputational, or legal risk.
• The Member has been identified as a self-excluded or prohibited player on any responsible gaming registry.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, twtplay may forfeit any balance held in the account, including both real money and bonus funds. Where closure is initiated by twtplay for reasons unrelated to Member misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting twtplay support. Voluntary closure does not entitle the Member to any bonus or promotional compensation.

twtplay collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and personalised communications.

twtplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, twtplay will provide reasonable notice to active members via the email address registered to their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and twtplay, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial body with competent jurisdiction.

twtplay's decisions regarding account balances, game results, and bonus eligibility — where made in good faith and consistent with these Terms — are final and binding, subject only to correction for manifest error.
